Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas as specified in our shipping policy. International shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from receipt of order
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and protective covers intact
  • Proof of Purchase: Copy of receipt or order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used Golf Cleaning Products
  • Personalized Golf Ball Markers (custom engraved items)
  • Used Golf Balls (Bridgestone, Callaway, or other brands if removed from original packaging)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
